to my son Edward Underhill all my tanhouse and vessels, etc. thereto at 21; my brother Francis Underhill (guardian to my children) to have use of tanhouse until then to bring him up and if he dies under 21 then it to my other children; to my wife Margaret Underhill £20; to my five daughters Margaret Underhill, Elizabeth Underhill, Thomasine Underhill, Joan Underhill and Agnes Underhill £6 13s 4d each at marriage or 18, my wife having use of money except of as much land as worth £1 13s 4d per annum which to my brother Francis; to my brother Simon Underhill £2; to my brother Francis Underhill a pair of sheets; household goods to my wife and children equally; residue to my son Edward, exec.
