George Underhill (X) of Oxted, yeoman, in indifferent good health 21 May 1723
to my wife Avis Underhill and son George all my stock, houses and land in Limpsfield in the occupation of William Green, snr. and if they disagree George to pay her £8 p.a. for life; to my son John Underhill house and land I bought from Michael Holmden in Limpsfield and a mead I bought from Nicholas Foster in Oxted; to my son Thomas Green a guinea and to my grandson Thomas Green a guinea; to my son Richard Alcock a guinea
