NOTE:   I have 4 pages of very poor, out of focus & ‘dirty’ text.  I cannot tell what belongs to what or how many Wills there are.  DW

In the name of God Amen the last daye of September in the yere of o’r Lord God 1559 I John Payn of Wy..... in the pyshe of Lyndfeld wtin the peculiar .....  of Cryst Churche of ....... beinge sycke & weake in bodye but of good & whole mynde memorye & remembrannce thanks be gyven to Almightye God do ordeyne & make this my present testament & last wyll in man’ & forme followinge. 
Fyrst I bequethe my sowle to Almightye God & to all his saynts.  And my bodye I comyte to the earthe to be buryed wtin the churche yard of Lyndefeld aforesaid amonge the ...... there lyinge. 
Itm I wyll have distributed amonge the poore people at my buryall in money xxd & ......... followinge  .... 
Itm I wyll to ..... my wyffe my best bed? & also the comodytie & usage of the chamber yt I do now

Itm I ... to Rychard my sonne in goode & lawfull Englishe money xl to be payde unto him when he shall accomplyshe the age of xxi yeres  ...  
I wyll & gyve to Isbell my daughter in money vil xiiis iiiid to be payde wtin ii yeres next after my decesse. 
Itm I gyve to Anne & ..... my daughters to eache? of them ?l viiis iiiid to be payde to them & eache? of  them ......... they shall accomplyshe the age of xxi yeres or ... in the daye of ye maryage yf they mary before.  And yf anye of the said Rychard my sonne Isbell, Anne or Maryon? my daughters shall happen to dye before his or her bequethe shalbe due & payable as is abovesaid that then I will his or her bequeth so dyinge to be equallye & indifferentlye devyded & .... & amongest .... 
Itm I wyll & give to the said Anne my daughter a brasse kettell of ... gallons. 
The? resydew of my goods above not bequethed nor otherwyse disposed my detts first payde my legacyes pformed & my funeralls discharged I wholye gyve & bequethe them to the said ....... my wyffe & to John my sonne whome I mak & constitute my true faythfull & all ..... to pforme & execute the same as my trust is in them yt they will do I ordeyne & mak  ... the sonne of  ......... & John? ..... my brother in law my true & faythful supvisors & ov’seers of the same my last wyll & testament to whome I gyve power to see & ensure the same to be pformed & I gyve to eache of them for their ... & payne ... above their reasonable costs & expenses susteyned in that ...  iiis iiiid provyded always & my wyll & mynde ys .... no pte or pcell of my waynes plowys? ..... yokes .................. nor any thinge belonginge to my ............................................ be occupyd  ....... necessary use of the same. 
Also provyded that yf the said ....... my wyffe shall at ...........
