The following is a transcription of the will provided to me and made by Chris Allen

This is the last Willand Testament of me John Feldwick of Oxted in the County of Surrey Gentleman touching the disposition of the worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me as follows namely I direct all my past debts to be first fully paid and satisfied.
I give direct and bequeath unto my Brother Joseph Feldwick of Oxted aforesaid Farmer and to my Nephew Joseph Feldwick of Leatherhead in the said County Draper and to my friend John Billinghurst of Brixton in Surrey Shopkeeper All my Real and Personal Estate and Effects  whatsoever and wheresoever and of whatsoever nature kind or quantity or same may be that I may die possessed of or entitled to at the time of my decease except such portion of my household furniture and such like effects as were the property of my wife at the time of our marriage which portion I bequeath to her accordingly. To hold to them the said Joseph Feldwick and Joseph Feldwick and John Billinghurst their heirs executors administrators and assigns and the survivor of them and the heirs executors and administrators and assigns of such survivor upon and for the several ends interests and purposes hereinafter expressed and declared of and concerning the same (that is to say) upon trust in the first place to collect and get in and convert into money all my said personal estate as soon as  conveniently may be after my decease and to sell and dispose of all and singular my said real estate together or in parcels and either by public or private sale for the best prices that can reasonably be obtained for the same and to convey and assure the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof his her or their heirs or assigns as he she or they may direct and require And declare that the receipt or receipts or my said trustees or the survivor of them and their heirs executors administrators and assigns of such survivor for the said purchase monies shall be good and effectual discharges to the purchaser or purchasers of my said real estate and that such purchaser or purchasers shall not afterwards be obliged to see to the application of such purchase monies. And I further declare that my said trustees or the survivor of them or their heirs executors administrators or assigns of such survivor shall be at liberty to reimburse themselves or himself all costs charges and expenses any or either of them may incur in recouping into effect the trusts of this will. And I declare and direct that my said trustees or the survivor of them and their heirs executors administrators of such survivor shall stand and be possessed of the monies to exist from my said personal estate and from the sale and disposition of my said real estate upon trust to invest the same or such part thereof as may be necessary for the purpose in their names with public funds or in Government or real security and from and out of the dividends interest or other annual proceeds to pay and allow unto my wife Elizabeth Feldwick one annuity or clear yearly sum of thirty pounds to be paid to her by equal quarterly payments the first payment to be made on the first Quarter Day which shall happen after my decease. And upon further trust from and out of the rest and residue of my said personal Estate and the proceeds of my said real estate to pay the following monies or sums of money to the several persons hereinafter mentioned that is to say my Sister Anne Feldwick the sum of one hundred pounds. o my Sister Elizabeth Daws the sum of one hundred pounds.
To my Sister Charlotte Francis the sum of one hundred pounds. To my Niece Caroline Turner the sum of one hundred pounds.
To my Nephew the said Joseph Feldwick my Executor the sum of fifty pounds.
To my Niece Charlotte Daws the sum of fifty pounds.
To my Niece Sarah Feldwick the sum of one hundred pounds and to my Niece Charlotte Clarke the sum of one hundred pounds.
All such legacies to be paid free of duty And after the hereinbefore mentioned bequests shall be satisfied to pay all the rest residue and remainder of my said personal Estates and Effects as it is and may become distributable including the principal monies remaining are to be set apart for the coalization of the annuity to my said wife unto my Brother the said Joseph Feldwick for his own use and benefit and all such residue I give and bequeath to him accordingly and hereby revoking all former wills
I declare this only to be and remain my last Will and Testament And I appoint the said Joseph Feldwick my Brother and my Nephew the said Joseph Feldwick and the said John Billinghurst Executors of this my will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set and ascribed my hand and seal this first day of July one thousand eight hundred and forty eight John Feldwick Signed sealed published and declared by the said John Feldwick the testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

This is a Codicil to the last Will and Testament of me John Feldwick of Oxted Yeoman and which Will bears date the first day of July last.
Whereas I have in and by my said Will directed my Trustees therein instructions from and out of the proceeds of my real and personal estates thereby devised and bequeathed to them to pay among other monies to my Niece Charlotte Clark a legacy or sum of one hundred pounds
To my Niece Caroline Turner a legacy or sum of one hundred pounds
To my Niece Sarah Feldwick a legacy or sum of one hundred pounds and to my Sister Elizabeth Daws a legacy or sum of one hundred pounds and which several legacies I have by my said will given and bequeathed to them respectively
Now I hereby revoke all and every and each of the before mentioned legacies or sums herein and instead thereof I direct the Trustees of my said Will and the survivor of them and the executors administrators and assigns of such survivor from and out of the proceeds of my said estates by my said Will devised and bequeathed to them upon the trusts therein mentioned
To pay to my Niece the said Charlotte Clarke a legacy or sum of five pounds
To my Niece the said Caroline Turner a legacy or sum of fifty pounds To my Niece the said Sarah Feldwick a legacy or sum of  fifty pounds
And to my Sister the said Elizabeth Daws a legacy or sum of fifty pounds all which said lastly hereinbefore I give and bequeath to my said Nieces and Sister accordingly
And in all other respects I ratify and reaffirm my said Will.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set and inscribed my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty eight  John Feldwick signed sealed published and declared by the said John Feldwick as and for a Codicil to this last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Geo. Proved at London with a Codicil 6th June 1849 before the Worshipful Alfred Waddilove Doctor of Law and Surrogate by the Oath of Joseph Feldwick in the Will written Feldwick the Nephew and John Billinghurst the surviving Executors to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
