The following is a transcription of the will provided to me and made by Chris Allen

In the Name of God Amen I John Feldwick of Sevenoaks in the County of Kent Butcher calling to mind the uncertainty of this transitory Life And that it is appointed for all Persons once to die and the uncertainty of the time when the same shall happen And being of sound mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for the same Do therefore make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say:
First and principally I resign my Soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named And as to the temporal Estate which it hath pleased Almighty God to bless me with I give bequeath and dispose thereof as followeth.
First I will order and direct that all my just and Funeral Expenses shall be first paid and discharged.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Son William Feldwick the sum of Five pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid him by my Executor in one month after my decease.
Also I give to my said Son William Feldwick the sum of Fifty Pounds of like money if he shall live to receive the same by the payment of Forty Shillings half yearly and I will that my Executor do pay him the same accordingly.
Alfo (after all my just debts and Legacies aforesaid with my Funeral Expenses are paid and discharged) All the rest residue and remainder of my Eftate that is to say All my Bills Bonds Mortgages Leases Plate Ready money, debts owing me, and all my Goods Cattle Chattels and Personal Estate (not before disposed of) that I shall die  possessed of or interested in I give and bequeath unto my Son John Feldwick (whom I nominate and appoint full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills and Bequests by me at any time heretofore made).
In Witness whereof I the said John Feldwick the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this Fifteenth day of November in the year One Thousand Seven Hundred and seventy Three John Feldwick
Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request have subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereto in the presence of each other John Hayes – F.Horton.

13th December 1773 John Feldwick the Executor abovenamed was sworn to the due Execution of the above Will and the faithfull performance thereof before me Edward Hardy - Surrogate
