The Last Will and Testament of me James Feldwick of Lattimers in the Parish of  Chesham in the County of Bucks Gentleman which I make publish and declare in manner following I give and bequeath unto my good friend Robert Roffey of Merstham in the County of Surry farmer All and every my household Goods furniture and Implements of  household whatsoever and all my ready monies, securities for money, money in the funds and all other my personal Estate whatsoever Upon trust to sell all my household goods and Effects and the monies thereby arising together with all other monies arising or to arise from all and every part of my said personal Estate
I Elect & appoint my said Trustee to pay and equally divide amongst and between my two Children Edward Feldwick and Ann the Wife of John Scott of Rotherhithe in the County of Surry Baker And as to for and ??? all and every my freehold and Copyhold ??? Cottages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever and whatsoever whereof or wherein I am or any person or persons in trust for use is or are seized or possessed or whereunto I am any way intitled in possession ??? ??? or expectancy  with their and every of their ??? ??? and appoints I ??? ???  and appoint that my Executor hereinafter named his executors and administrators So and shall with all ??? ??? that may be after my ??? either by public Auction or private sale and by such parts and parcels as he shall think proper to loan sell ??? and dispose of the same and every part thereof and all my ??? and interest therein for the best price or prices he can or may ??? or obtain the same and ??? ??? the monies thereby made and therefrom arising and pay and divide the same unto the persons hereinafter named ??? to the bequest thereof hereafter ??? and I direct that the receipt or receipts of my said Executor shall be a good sufficient Evidence? to the purchaser or purchasers thereof for the purchase money which shall be actually paid for the said promises so that such purchaser or purchasers or his her or their heirs Executors or Administrators shall not afterwards be obliged to see to or be answerable for the application of the purchase money or any part thereof and so as the monies arising by and from the sale of said real and personal Estate whatsoever wheresoever after payment of my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses and of the Sum of twenty pounds which I give to my said friend Robert Roffey and of which I beg his acceptance as a mark of my respect give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said two children Edward Feldwick and Ann Scott their Executors Administrators and assigns to be equally divided between and amongst them share and share alike
And I do hereby …stitute? and appoint the said Robert Roffey full and sole Executor of this my Will and ??? that he shall and lawfully may from and out of my said personal Estate and the monies arising from the sale of my said Estates or any or either of them retain all his reasonable costs and charges in and about the execution of this my Will and the trust hereby in him reposes and that he shall not be chargeable with or accountable for any more monies than he shall actually receive nor for any loss or Damage in or too the said real or personal Estates or author? of them or any part thereof or the monies therefrom arising respectively so as the same be not occasioned  by his wilful neglect or default
And I do hereby Revoke all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I so declare this to be my only true last Will and Testament >
In Witness whereof I the said James Feldwick the Testator Gave to this my Will contained in two sheets of paper to the first sheet hereof set my hand and to the second and last my hand and seal this twenty seventh Day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen == James Feldwick – JF – Signed sealed published and delivered by the said James Feldwick the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have Witnessed above our names as Witnesses thereto == Jos Hall == Elizth Plaistowe == Thos Plaistowe All of Chesham.


 Proved at London 30th July 1833 before the worshipful John Danbury; Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Robert Roffey the sole Executor to whom Amin was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
