Hessay France birth details are unknown but was possibly born about 1760. He married Elizabeth Laverack on 7th February 1785 in Snaith, Yorkshire (source is IGI and is unconfirmed).

    1. Joseph France was baptised on 10th March 1816 in Snaith, Yorkshire (mother shown as Nancy). He possibly married Mary Cooper on 29th September 1834. Joseph & Mary had five children in Snaith ( William, Harriet, Ellen, Sarah & Mary).
